Trolly Breakdown Disrupts Bridge Traffic Yesterday

If you were wondering what the holdup on the Bridge leaving Coronado was yesterday, it was a broken-down trolley. The City of Coronado tweeted at approximately 2pm:

Trolley tour bus broke down on eastbound Coronado Bridge. Tow truck en route. Expect 10 min delay getting out of city.

The tow truck arrived and the City tweeted:

Trolley passengers put on a other bus. Traffic backed up to about D. Should be clear in about 45 minutes, per CPD.

The final tweet announced:

Trolley bus towed off Coronado Bridge. Traffic slow but clearing.
