Coronado local Ken Irvine, CHS Graduate (1980) and Chef Extraordinaire is opening a new restaurant in Imperial Beach. There are plenty of job opportunities for those who are looking. Here's what he posted on Facebook:
"Hello friends! I will be opening a restaurant at the new hotel in Imperial Beach real soon. Will be looking for culinary and front of house management team personnel first in the next couple of weeks. Put the word out! 78 room boutique hotel (all ocean front views) 100 seat dining room with bar and lounge, beach front deck, rooftop deck for a 100 and banquet room for 100 and 2 private dining rooms! Opening late May."
Ken is the Chef-Owner of Bleu Boheme Restaurant in Kensington and President of Irvine Hospitality Group.
