On Monday, October 22, a traditional Fire Department ceremony was held at the Coronado Community Center to congratulate all personnel recently promoted, hired and passing probation. Promotions include Bill Toon to Battalion Chief, Mike Bechtold to Fire Captain and Brian Clark to Fire Engineer. Newly hired are firefighter/ paramedic Brandon Ihde and Office Specialist Ruth Glorioso. Family members and friends attended and did the honor of pinning badges onto the new hires and those promoted.
